Juanita 'Perk' Johnson, 53, R.R.2, Laurel, died at 7:22 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 14, 1987, in the St. Vincent's Hospital in Indianapolis.
She was born in Decatur County May 23, 1934, the daughter of David and Edna Daner Angle. She lived in the Orange community many years. Her husband, harry E. 'Snapper' Johnson, died March 15, 1987. She was a housewife.
She is survived by four daughters, Brenda Koohns, Mrs. Phil (Debra) Reed, Laurel, Mrs. Chris (Cindy) Demry, Indianapolis, and Mrs. Chris (Tammy) Price, Greensburg; two brothers, Cecil and Carvin Angle, both of Glenwood; and 11 grandchildren.
Two sisters preceded her in death.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Moster and Cox Mortuary in Rushville.
Burial will be in the Clarksburg Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the mortuary from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
