Daniel L. Hoff, 73, a retired farmer, died this morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Jesse Dalrymple, of Harmony, Phillipsburg R.D. 2.

Mr. Hoff was born in Brainards, NJ, a son of the late Moses and Mary Perbasco. A lifelong resident of the Harmony area, he engaged in farming there for many years.

He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, and Warren Lodge 13, F. and A. M., both of Belvidere. His wife, the former Era Ella Dutt, died in November, 1948.

Surviving, in addition to Mrs. Dalrymple, are two other daughters, Mrs. Henry B. Dennis, of Easton R.D. 1, and Mrs. Roy Weeks, of Phillipsburg; a son, Kline Hoff, of Phillipsburg R.D. 2; a half-sister, Mrs. Irene Mensch, of Belvidere, nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the MacFadden funeral home, Belvidere. The Rev. David Aaronson, pastor of Harmony Presbyterian Church, will officiate. Interment will be in Belvidere cemetery,.
