Abraham Closser Floyd was the son of William Floyd and Amanda Lippencott. Abraham Closser was Amanda's stepfather as her father died young. William Floyd died young and Amanda remarried to Ambrose Giffin. It is believed that Amanda Giffin died in Pike Co., Illinois after 1860 -- cannot find a record.
Abraham Closser Floyd had 1 sister - Mary N Floyd Everts and 1 step-brother Benjamin Franklin Giffin.
