Services were at Union Baptist Church with Bro. Pete Wooley and Bro. Smiley Mills officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Memorial Funeral Home of Corinth was in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include his wife, Eva Lee Brock Thrasher, one daughter Melissa Ann Palmer of Rienzi, three sons, Mitchell Dewayne Thrasher of Kossuth, William Keith Thrasher and Timothy L. Thrasher, both of Rienzi, four brothers, W.C. Thrasher, Junior Thrasher, and Roger Dale Thrasher, all of Corinth, and Pad Thrasher of Ripley, one sister Dorothy Mills of Corinth.
