Funeral services will be held in the Erickson & Brown Funeral Home on Tuesday morning at 10:00 a.m. for Taft resident, John A. Davidson, 79. Burial in the West Side District Cemetery will follow.
Mr. Davidson was born in Wynnewood, Oklahoma on November 30, 1921 and passed away at this residence on June 9, 2001.
During the Second World War he served his country as a member of the U.S. Army. He had been employed for 20 years by North Orange County Community College District and retired in 1983. After retiring he moved to Taft. Mr. Davidson was a member of the Episcopal Church.
His survivors include his wife, his children and their spouses, his seven grandchildren and his two great grandchildren.
Friends are invited to pay their respects on Monday until 8:30 p.m. at the Erickson and Brown Funeral Home.
