Elsie Marie Rakestraw of Aurora, a homemaker, died May 21 in Aurora. She was 77.
Services were Wednesday at Aurora-Chase Mortuary. Interment was in Hampden Memorial Gardens.
She was born Nov. 1, 1920, in Lamar, Mo.
She is survived by her husband, Olen; four sons, Roger, Aurora, Rex, Wichita, Kan., Harold, Augusta, Ga., and Larry, Kennewick, Wash.; three sisters, Mildred Payne and Mary Cole, both of Beaumont, Calif., and Clarice Watts, Lamar, Mo.; two brothers, Ralph Waring, Kansas City, Kan., and Kenny Watts, Lamar; 15 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
