Taylor Ryan Wilson was born in McKinney, Tx on March 28, 1991. Since the time he was little I always called him "my little challenge", although soooo proud of him.. He wanted to get out and explore the world and was always 3 steps ahead of me.He was so smart, sometimes too smart for his own good. Justin and Taylor, from the time they could both walk, were inseparable. They did everything together and Gran took millions of pictures to prove it. When he was in Kindergarten and I was working my Dad picked him up from school everyday. They made homemade noodles and Gramp drew artwork on his belly for fun (he drew a picture of a fish on his stomach???)...maybe this is when Taylor's fascination with tattoos started! Taylor could do anything he wanted to , and he did .At 18 months he was scaling the fence in our backyard in Plano and at 4 years old he took his own training wheels off of his bike and taught himself to ride. Nothing slowed Taylor down, and he had several sets of stitches in his head that showed it. We moved to Mesquite in 1997. He always got into Mike's tools for his "projects" until one Christmas he got his own. He was always fixing something, taking something apart or putting something back together. He also played t-ball, hockey, and soccer. At his Dad's and house in North Carolina and he loved to get on the bobcat on their property and ride around, help clear off the land, and have friends over, bonfires, the whole works. Lane and I had a rare opportunity, thanks to my Mom, to spend the Mothers Day before last (2008) after Justin graduated boot camp with my 3 boys. Penny and Wade were kind enough to let us stay for the night and cooked us a Mothers Day breakfast the next morning before we went back to Texas. Taylor gave Lane rides in the bobcat and showed him how to pick up things and dump them out. Lane was on cloud nine! He loves his brothers and would not leave Taylor out of his sight the entire time we were there It was nice at the time, but looking back now, it was priceless and a memory I will never forget. Taylor was always a country boy and loved North Carolina and he was always the life of the party and loved by so many friends there He loved his Dad, Penny, and his baby sister (who he used to call Berreca) when he was younger and couldn't pronounce her name. . He loved Lane, Justin, Mike, Gran, Gramp, and all of his Aunts, Uncles, and cousins...he loved his family ALL of his family dearly. He lived in both Texas and North Carolina throughout his life. He found "things" to do to keep him occupied in Texas, too. He graduated from climbing the fence before he was 2 years old, to scaling the wall at 14 (from our 2 story home in Mesquite..like spiderman) Of course he did not have permission to do this but I called him Houdini...when he had to go somewhere or had something to do-he went. He lived with his Gran recently for several months and during that time he got his GED and his drivers license in a short period of time-both with no studying! He moved to Kerrville in December in hopes of getting better and helping him deal with his struggles, got a job, and worked hard. He gave 150% to everything he did and his life ended way too soon. He lost his battle on June 12, 2010. We will all miss you Taylor, so very much. I would give anything to have you here with us but I know I can't. I hope you have peace and happiness now and that you are with Gramp, Grandma, Dalton, Josh and many others. You are in ALL of our hearts forever.
