Margie Popplewell, 64, Russell Springs, passed away on Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at Russell County Hospital.
She is survived by her husband Gervin Popplewell; one son Randell Gene Popplewell; three daughters Kathleen Montgomery, Steffany Greene, and Shawnda Burton all of Russell Springs; her mother Dorothy Devney of OH; one sister Debbie Baker, of OH; one brother Wilburn "Willie" Myers of Russell Springs; and 10 grandchildren.
Mrs. Popplewell was an employee of Branscum's Fruit Market and of the Pentecostal faith.
The funeral was held on Saturday, June 26, 2010 at Wilson Funeral Home with Bro. Billy Silverman officiating and burial was in Salem Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Specialist Wesley Brewster, Joe Branscum, David York, Bill Greene, Andrew W. Brewster and Troy Popplewell.
