Mary "Edna" (Wagner) Morgan Wingard, 76, of Marion Center died Tuesday, April 19, 2005 at St. Andrew's Village, Indiana.

She was born May 30, 1928 in Washington Township to David Edgar and Mary Odessa (Schmidt) Wagner.

Mrs. Wingard was employed as a certified nursing assistant for many years until she retired in 1984.

She attended the Wesleyan Methodist Church in Wilgus.

She enjoyed life, spending time with her grandchildren and working with the elderly.

Survivors include four sons, William Morgan Jr. and wife Barbara of Rochester Mills, Raymond Wingard of Marion Center, Russell Wingard and Thomas Wingard, both of Florida; three daughters, Mary Clemmer and husband William of Punxsutawney, Barbara Fulmer and husband Vernon of Clymer and Freda Anthony and husband Robert of Rochester Mills; 13 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two brothers, David Wagner and wife Pat of Moon Township and Paul Wagner and wife Linda of Creekside; two sisters, Ruth Spence and husband Floyd of Indiana and Nellie Perkins and husband Marty of Jacksonville, Fla.; and one stepsister, Ella Gutshaw of Portland, Ore.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, William Morgan Sr.; her second husband, Ivan Glenn Wingard; one grandson, Jared William Clemmer IV; one brother, Frederick Wagner; and one sister, Dorothy Speer.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Inc., Plumville where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. Robert Teasdale officiating. Burial will be in the St. John Cemetery, Sagamore.
