Lauretta (nee Hitz) Zipfel found peace on Thursday, Jan. 19, 2006, at age 76.
She was the beloved wife of 56 years to John and the cherished mother of Jeannie (Darryl) Schultz, John (Cheryl), Jim (Brenda), Jerry (Pam), Janice (Rex) Jackowick and Jodi Rubringer (Dave Olshefski). She was further survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
Visitation is Thursday, Jan. 26 at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 W. Bluemound Road, from 4 p.m. until the time of prayer service at 7 p.m. Another visitation is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 27, at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, 300 W. Carroll St. from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Interment will be at Prairie Home Cemetery.
