Suddenly, Feb. 17, 1970, beloved husband of Charlotta Boeck; brother of Mrs. Adeline Lesswing and the late Phillippe D., George E., Mrs. Eleanor Gill and Edwin J. Boeck, Calls may be made at the Carlton A. Ulrich Funeral Home Inc., 3272 Bailey Ave. until noon Thursday. Funeral service from Westminster Presbyterian Church Holined Chapel, 724 Delaware Ave. Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Mr. Boeck was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, The Buffalo Club, Buffalo Consistory S.P.R.S., Ismalila Temple A.A.O.N.M.S., Royal Order of Jesters Court 23 and Occidental Lodge No. 266, F. & A.M. under whose auspices a memorial service will be held Wednesday evening at 8 o'clock.

Ellsworth Boeck Dies; Ex Head of Truck-Body Firm

Funeral services for Ellsworth R. Boeck, 78 former president of the Truck Equipment Co. Inc., will be held tomorrow at 3 PM in Westminster Presbyterian Church Holmes Chapel, Burial will be in Forest Lawn.
Mr. Boeck, 27 Nottingham Ter., died Tuesday (Feb, 17, 1970) after he apparently suffered a heart attack while walking in Delaware Ave, at Eagle St.
He retired from his buisiness at 1791 Fillmore Ave., in 1969, when it was purchased by American Precision Industries Inc., Cheektowaga.
Mr. Boeck and a brother, the the late Edwin J. Boeck, founded the company in 1921. Ellsworth Boeck was president of the company which has manufactured garbage-truck bodies and other refuse-colection equipment for nearly a half century.
A member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, Occidental Lodge 766, F & AM and the Buffalo Club. Mr. Boeck was a former chairman of the Buffalo Section, American Society of Automotive Engineers.
He also was a member of the Buffalo Consistory, Ismailia Shrine Temple and the Royal Order of Jesters.
An Army veteran of World War I, he was a sports enthusiast. He once played with the Alerts, a Black Rock baseball team and golfed at the Park Country Club, where he was a member for 42 years and a former vice-president and secretary-treasurer.
