Services will be held Fri., July 28, at 1:30 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Longmont, Colo., for Lloyd A. Sudduth, 63, who died Tues., July 25, at Longmont United Hospital.

He was born Sept. 9, 1924, in Avoca to Ezra Daniell Sudduth and Edith Marie (Cole) Sudduth.

He was married July 2, 1946, in Lincoln to Shirlee Marie Everett.

Survivors include his wife, Shirlee, of Longmont, Colo.; two sons, Stephen Charles Sudduth and his wife Milli of Boulder, Colo., and Danny Lloyd Sudduth and his wife Marsha of Denver, Colo.; three daughters, Elaine Marie Wilson and her husband John of Englewood, Colo., Vicki Louise Horton and her husband Ken of Eureka, Mont., and Margaret Ann McDonald and her husband Rodney of Erie, Colo.; one brother, Donald Sudduth and his wife Mae of Omaha; one sister, Dorothy Marie Baier and her husband Sterling of Avoca; 11 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

He moved to Longmont, Colo., in 1961 from Dodge City, Kan. He graduated from Weeping Water High School in 1941.

He was administrator for the Longmont Moose Lodge for eight years and worked as a real estate and insurance broker, a linotype operator and as a U.S. Postal clerk.

He was a member of the Longmont Masonic Lodge #1548, Longmont VFW Post #2601, and the American Legion Post #237 in Weeping Water.

He served in the U.S. Navy Air Corp from 1941-1946, serving in the Pacific.
