FLORENCE B. REMENSCHNEIDER, 95, of Fort Wayne, died Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2009, at University Park Nursing Center. Born Aug. 16, 1914, in Fort Wayne, she had been a school bus driver for Lutheran Schools and Fort Wayne Community Schools. She was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church.

She is survived by daughters, Joyce A. (Robert) Zern of Fort Wayne and Rose E. (Kirk) Faylor of Auburn; five grandchildren; six great-grand-children; and brother, Curtis (Corrinne) Frost of Sun City, Ariz.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph C., in 1992; and sisters, Gertrude Gabor and Anna Longardner.

Service is 11 a.m. Saturday at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 3425 Crescent Ave., with calling one hour prior. Rev. Mark Neubacher officiating. Calling also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road. Burial in Concordia Cemetery Gardens. Preferred memorials to Holy Cross Lutheran Church or Audiences Unlimited.
