Peter Schuck emigrated from Germany arriving in New York on August 26, 1871 with his family; (wife) Catherine, (son) Peter, (daughter) Sophie, (daughter) Carrie, after working in the stone quarries in the Black Forest of Germany. Peter moved his family to Ohio where William and Wilhelmina were born. The journey continued to Minnesota where Frank and Emma where born, and he worked as stone cutter until he retired.
