Indianola, Miss.---Services for Mrs. Gordie Jones, 78, of Indianola, were at 2pm today at Smith Funeral Home in Smithland, Ky. The Reverand Ned Cothran officiated and burial was in Paradise Cemtery.
Mrs Jones, a former resident of Smithland, died Tuesday morning in Indianola.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Barbara Clay of Indianola; four sisters, Mrs. Otie Page of Uniontown, Ky., Mrs. Lou Wright of Calumet City, Il., Mrs. Esther Stringer of Ledbetter, Ky., and Mrs. Mae Lucus of Kevil, Ky.; two brothers, Ed Bloodworth of Ledbetter,Ky., and James Bloodworth of Calvert City, Ky.; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
