Mrs. Mary L. Purdy, widow of DeWitt E. Purdy, died early today at her home, 323 North street. She was born in Bloominburg, June twentieth, 1858, a daughter of William H. and Martha Monell Mills.
Surviving relatives are a sister, Mrs. Wilmot Duryea of Middletown; a brother, Edward H. Mills of Bloomingburg; a son, Harrison M., at home, and a granddaughter, Leona M. Purdy.
Funeral services will be held at the home of her son Friday at two o'clock. Interment will be in Bloomingburg cemetery.
