Pastor: Cuba, New York 1837 to 1846; Dodgeville, Wisconsin 1846-1855; Black Earth, Wisconsin 1855-1867, and Clear Lake, Iowa 1868 until death.
His first wife, Lydia Kingsbury, died 14aug1847 in Dodgeville (her body was moved to the plot of her son General Thomas Scott Allen in Oshkosh, Wisconsin)
His second wife, Martha Jane Barney (the widow of Albert Camp when she married Asa Smith Allen), seems to be buried with Asa. The photos of her tombstone and Asa's make it seem almost certain that it is the same tombstone with Asa on one side and Martha on the other. As of this date, am unable to get confirmation from the taker of the photos.
