Jack Lee Orrand, Sr.
Services for Mr. Orrand were 2 p.m. Monday, July 5, at Hunter Funeral Home with the Rev. Don Mathis officiating. Interment is in Jones Hill Cemetery. Visitation was Sunday, from noon until 8 pm, and from 10 a.m. until service time Monday.
Mr. Orrand, 73, of Watertown, died Saturday, July 3, 2010, at his residence. He was a retired service manager of L.E. Saunders & Sons Office Machines. He was a graduate of East High School in Nashville and served in the U.S. Army. He was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his father, Johnnie Vernon Orrand and step-mother, Eva Franklin Orrand.
Survivors include: wife of 54 years, Shirley Willis Orrand of Watertown; mother, Edith Wood of Alexandria; children, Judy (Terry) Hewitt of Goodlettsville, Tammi (Doug) Jones of Watertown, Jacqueline (Ronald) Nevitt, Jack (Tina) Orrand Jr., Joseph (Angela) Orrand, all of Watertown, and Jamie (Katrina) Orrand of Hermitage; grandchildren, T.J. Hewitt, Kim Stone, Sarah Ayache, Josh Orrand, Crystal Steen, Chuck Bissinger, Jennifer Martin, Justin Orrand, Kristin (Scooter) Orrand, Johnny Orrand, Lincoln and Isabella Orrand, Karen Johnson and Jason Jones; great-grandchildren, Jaimin, Nico and Jada Orrand, Zoe and Alex Stone, Marisa Hewitt, Seth Spencer and Nathan Bellew; uncle, Charles (Audrey) Orrand of Mt. Juliet and aunt, Joyce Chaffee of Walter Hill.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
