Jerry was born May 18, 1946 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Frank & Ruby (Kirkwood) Keith. He attended school in Brownwood & served two tours in Viet Nam in the U. S. Army. He married Fay Whiteley on June 11, 1974 in Coleman. She preceded him in death in December, 2008. Jerry loved to fish.

Jerry is survived by his children, Robert & Cheryl Keith of Brownwood, Shane & Teri Keith of San Antonio & Misty Keith of Dallas; grandchildren, Cody & Jessica Keith, Tracy & Jason Priester & Abigail Keith; great grandchildren, Marcus Priester & Grayson Anthony Keith ; & a special cousin who was more like a brother, Darrell Atchley & wife, Norma.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Fay Keith & parents.
