Excerpt -- Mrs. John E. Forsythe, nee Della White, died at her home in Smithfield, Pa., on May 4th, in her 39th year of age. Her death was very sudden, heart failure being the cause of her death. The funeral took place on Tuesday, May 6th, at her home, and the remains were interred in the Christian cemetery at Morris X Roads. Besides her husband, six children survive her. Mrs. Forsythe before her marriage resided in Kingwood and was a member of the Presbyterian church here.
