Brusett - Howard R. Ady, 68, of Brusett, died Tuesday night at a Jordan hospital where he was admitted August 28.
Mr. Ady was born in Mankato, Minn., June 28, 1896, and came to Garfield County in 1915. He homesteaded near Brusett, where he ranched until his death.
He served in the U.S. Navy in World War I and was a member of the Jordan American Legion and Civic Club.
Surviving are his widow, Juanita; six sons, Howard Ady of North Platte, Neb., William Ady of Salt Lake City, James Ady, Edward Ady, and Daniel Weeding all of Jordan, and Arthur Weeding in Korea; four daughters, Mrs. Ardella Dick of Spokane, Mrs. Mary Gibson of Jordan, Mrs. Helen Buffington of Spokane, and Mrs. Mabel Worthington of Livingston, and 21 grandchildren.
Funeral services in Fairview Hall in Brusett. Burial in Butte Creek Cemetery.
