He was the beloved husband of Juanita Ramirez (nee Fraile); loving father of Raymond C. and Robert W. Ramirez; caring stepfather of Dora (Marco) DeLima, Veronica Hernandez and Maria Hernandez; proud DaDa and Bee to Ariel, Izabel and Jose IV; cherished brother of Barbara, the late Thomas, the late Valencia, Richard and Alvin; kind uncle of many nieces and nephews.
