George H Allister of Philadelphia and Woodberry , N J died in Woodberry, Mar 27, aged 60 years,5 months.He was the oldest son of the late William and Susan Baker Allister of this place,where he spent his boyhood days.Later he attended the school for boys in New Hampton, N.H.,and afterwards entered the firm of Calvin S Crowell & Co. of Philadelphia. He has left an only brother,William F McAllister of Philadelphia,who with his wife resides in Merchantville, N.J.For some years he was connected with his brother in the Calvin F Crowell firm,but more recently has given his attention to the cocoanut business,having travelled extensively abroad and in South America.George Allister married Miss Martha Brick and they have a fine residence in Woodberry,N.J.Besides his wife he has left one son George, who is about ten years old.
