Wayne June Reagan, 87 of Pikeville, TN died Saturday, July 10, 2010.
He was an U. S. Army Veteran serving in WW II in the 272nd Field artillery batalion, where he received the European African Middle Eastern Theatre Ribbon with four bronze stars, the Good Conduct Medal, and WW II Victory Medal. Wayne was of the Baptist faith and attended Sampson Freewill Baptist and Calvary Freewill Baptist.
Preceding him in death were parents Minyard and Hettie Reagan; brothers Paul and Frank Reagan and special friend Rose Hall.
Survivors include wife Lucille Reagan; daughters Deborah (Dale) Burgess; Brenda Reagan; son Randy Reagan all of Pikeville, TN; grandchildren Sybil (Jonathan) Baker; Bridget (Jason) Cunningham; Brandon Burgess; Jonathan Reagan; and Misty Pettit; seven great-grandchildren; sisters Louise Patterson, Pikeville, TN; Agnes Oakes, Pikeville, TN; Mary (Carl) Wilson, McMinnville, TN; brother Jake (Gladys) Reagan, Pikeville, TN; Billy (Margie) Reagan, Hixson, TN.
Services will be Monday 10:00 am CDT in the funeral home chapel with burial following in Blankenship Cemetery.
Arrangements by Putnam-Reed Funeral Home, Hwy 127 South, Pikeville, TN.
Visitation Sunday 4-9pm CDT.
