The funeral will be conducted Wednesday at 1 p.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church at Jerome by the Revs. Jeff Marble and Harold E. Burnette. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mr. Sine was born June 29, 1928, in Shenandoah County, son of Raymond Lee Sine of Edinburg and the late Sarah Edith Estep Sine. He had worked for 22 years at Valley Fertilizer and Chemical Co. in Mt. Jackson and 16 years at Bowman Apple Products Inc. at Mt. Jackson. He was a member of St. Jacob's Lutheran Church at Edinburg and the husband of the late Audrey Ellen Funkhouser Sine.
Surviving with his father are a son, Wayne E. Sine of Richmond; a sister Audrey Elaine Sine Fravel of Woodstock: two brothers, Edward Sine and William "Bill" Sine, both of Front Royal and two grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Dellinger Funeral Home in Woodstock.
