Brother to John Boggs Crail, James, Phillip, Richard Armistad Crail/Creal, Elizabeth, Mary, Alice & William Crail. Married Elizabeth (Berry) in Frederick, Md. Children born in PA. Father of John (the oldest), Wilson b. 1776, Elizabeth (Downing), James and Absolom. Served as Pvt. in 1781-82 in Capt. Charles Reed's 2nd Co., 4th Battalion Washington Co. militia in PA. He was a FreeMason. Migrated to KY in 1791. Buried: off State Rt. 17 about 2 mi. south of Three Forks of Grassy Creek Rd. next to pond in woods above Grassy Creek in Pendleton Co.,Kentucky.
