DIED.
In this place, on the afternoon of Thursday, the 3rd inst., of croup, after a most distressing illness of four days, Ella Tucker, youngest daughter of FRANK P. and GEORGIA T. STUBBS, aged one year, eight months and seven days.
"Thou wort so like a form of light
That Heaven benignly called thee hence,
Ere yet the world could breathe one blight
O'er thy sweet innocence.
And thou, that brighter home to bloom,
Art passed with all thy loveliness!"
Thanks to Lora Pepper and Denise Cage Robinson for the obituary.
