Virgil was the son of Homer & Josephine Erwin Allen, both deceased. He was married May 23, 1959 to the former Jennie Elizabeth White, who survives.
Allen was a former employee of Tosh Farms (8 yrs), and Emerson Electric (10 yrs), in Paris, Tenn.

Sons: Dannie D. Allen of Henry, Tenn., Timothy N. & Jody Mack Allen both of McKenzie, Tenn.

Five Sisters: Lynora Muzall & Mary Ann Melton both of Henry, & Lydone Fuller of Taylor Michigan, Esther Glover of Mansfield, Texas, & Judy Rodrigo of Clarksville, Tenn.

Six Brothers: Lubie, Mack & Fred Allen, all of Henry, Paul Allen of McKenzie, Loyd Allen of Dover, Tenn., & Billie Allen Of Ashville, North Carlonia.

Seven Grandchildren: Jonathan, Dakotah, Jacob, Bradley, Brittany, Jodi & Brandon Allen.

Preceded in death by: Two Sisters, Billie June Allen and Ima Jean Allen and a Brother Ford Allen.
