Opal worked hard to help provide for her children, and she knew Jesus as her Lord and Savior. She's probably singing her heart out in Heaven this very day - or talking someone's arm off :) She always had news to share!
Opal might not have had much in the way of "earthly things"; but if you admired some little knick-knack of hers (and, believe me, she loved to collect them), that knick-knack would find its way into your next birthday or Christmas gift! After she passed, we found boxes packed full of gifts she had yet to give - that's the type of person she was.
Opal loved to work among her flowers, and could always be counted on to save you a start of some plant or flower you had admired. She also enjoyed sewing and quilting, and absolutely loved to show off her latest creations.
We'll see you again in Heaven some day! Until then, "Sing a song for me", OK? We miss you more than words can possibly say. Love, Always and Forever.
**I'd like to offer a very special "Thank You" to Mr. Dennis Deel for his kind sponsorship of dear Opal's memorial page. What a priceless and precious gift to give her loved ones!**
