Mrs. Parker's Funeral
Mrs. Lucy Jane Parker, widow of Thomas Parker, died at the Columbus hospital the morning of Jan. 2, aged 79 years. Surviving her is one daughter, Mrs. George E. Lasalle of Great Falls; and two brothers, L.H. and A.F. Lee, of Janesville, Wis.; also one niece, Mrs. Ada B. Fox, of Ross, Mont.
Mrs. Parker was born in Utica, N.Y., Sept. 3, 1835, and came to Janesville, Wis., in the early '50s with her parents, Edward G. and Lucy Joslin Lee. For the last eight years she had lived with her daughter in this city.
The funeral was held at George's chapel at 2 yesterday afternoon. Services were conducted by Rev. W.L. Beers, minister of the First Unitarian Church. Burial was in Highland cemetery.
