Mr. Bisbee, the son of Edson Henry and Lillian "Barton" Bisbee was born on June 24, 1881. He was married in 1901 to Bertha Weaver, who preceded him in death in 1922. On April 21, 1924, he was married to Mrs. Ida "North" Randel of Conneautville, Pa.
He was an engineer on the railroad and held membership in the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers. He also was a member of the Knights of Pythias and the Eagles.
Surviving are his wife and seven children, Mrs. Lillian Weck, Raymond Bisbee, Mrs. Ruth Babcock, Mrs. Marion Cline and Frederick Bisbee, all of Cleveland, and Gordon Bisbee and Mrs. Sally Koons of Conneaut.
He also leaves two brothers, Frank Bisbee, of Seattle, Washington and William Bisbee, of Portland, Oregon; two half-sisters, Mrs. Ella Reichard of Seattle Washington and Lillian Bisbee, of Kingsville, Ohio; three half-brothers, Edson Bisbee Jr., Ashtabula, Charles N Bisbee, Cleveland and Rueben Bisbee Lima Ohio.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Marcy funeral home. The body is at the home on Mill Street where friends may call after noon Saturday. Knights of Pythias will conduct graveside services in East Conneaut cemetery. Rev. Joseph J. Hanson, pastor of the First Baptist church will officiate.
