Mrs. Noblin, a native of Pine Apple, Ala., was a resident of Grand Bay. She was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6244 Ladies Auxiliary.
She was the aunt of Mobile County Treasurer Al Sessions.
Survivors include one sister, Mary Anderson of Mobile; and one brother, Albert Sessions of Grand Bay.
Visitation will be at Serenity Funeral Home on Old Pascagoula Road today from 1 p.m. until the 2 p.m. service. Burial will be in Grand Bay Cemetery .
