J.G. Smith Rites Held Here Sunday
Funeral Services were held at the Christian church Sunday for J.G. Smith, age 78, who died Friday at St. Lukes hospital following an operation. The Rev. O.A. Adams was in charge of the service. Mr. Smith is survived by Cleve Smith, and Mrs. Louella Sowles, both of Cheney. Previous to moving to town, he farmed for several years in this community. Burial was a Fairview Cemetery. Jerue Funeral Home was in charge of funeral arrangements.
