Was pastor of Presbyterian churches in Learned, Hazelhurst, and Crystal Springs, MS. Pastor of the Canal Street Presbyterian Church in New Orleans, Louisiana where he died of yellow fever along with his wife, Sarah Winkfield Prince, and his infant son, Hugh Right Trawick (Named after his father).
