PETER PULCHER, well known in this city, died at his residence, No. 299 South division street. Wednesday, of consumption, at the age of 33 years. Mr. Pulcher has been identified with different business interest[s] in this city for a number of years, but at the time of his death was organist in St. Andrew's church and was respected by all who knew him. His parents reside on a farm near Detroit. Mr. Pulcher is a brother of the REV. JAMES C. PULCHER of Detroit, formerly of this city. He also has two brothers living in this city. He leaves a wife and four children. Funeral today at St. Andrew's church.

THIS INDENTURE, Made this SIXTH day of DECEMBER in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty NINE, Between ARNOLD GAGE and LYDIA GAGE, his wife, of the City of Grand Rapids, County of Kent and State of Michigan, of the first part, and J. PETER PULCHER of the same place, of the second part, WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of TWENTY FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS, to them in hand paid, by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, remised, released, aliened and confirmed, and by these present, do grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, alien and confirm unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, Forever:

Lot Number Ten (10) of Block Number Three (3) on ELLSWORTH ADDITION to the CITY OF GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN. Excepting Five (5) Feet in width off of the North side of said Lot and to extend the whole length of said Lot from East to West.
