She was born 28 Feb. 1774 in Goochland County, Virginia and died 15 June 1854 in Marion County, Missouri with burial in Marion County, Missouri. Her father was Thomas Martin and mother was Susannah Walker. They had eleven children: Thomas, Benjamin, Dabney, Nancy, Jesse, Harriet, Sarah, Pamelia, Millicent, Mourning and Susanna.
