LEWISBURG- Mrs. Flossie Jewell Allen, 77, of Delina, died Wednesday, Oct. 6, 1999, in NHC (Merihil) Healthcare. Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. from the chapel of London Funeral Home with interment in Lone Oak Cemetery. The family visited with friends Thursday. London Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Allen was a native of Giles County, daughter of the late Ollie and Sadie Clara Tate McMillian and homemaker. She is surivived by three daughters, Helen Hayes of Delina, Alisa Wentzel of Diana, and Connie Deuermeyer of Lewisburg, one son, J.W. Gowens of Belfast, 12 grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild.
