Bill was born November 10, 1941 in Mapleton, Utah to William Whitehead and Eva Lucille Joyner. He married ReNee Peterson on August 19, 1964 in Idaho.
Bill lived his life on his own terms. He was passionate about fishing with his grandkids, catching the big ones in Alaska with his brother, being retired and playing shuffleboard in Arizona, shooting and golfing with his family and friends often and at many different places, and the freedom to ride his Harley Davidson.
He is survived by his children; Kim (Zach) Russell, Paige (John) Lanzi, Ty (Rebecca) Whitehead; four grandchildren, Kaitlin, Garret, Avari and Gauge, and one brother; Paul (Sue) Whitehead.
Preceded in death by his wife, parents and three brothers.
A celebration of Bill's life will be held on Friday, July 23, 2010 at Valley View Funeral Home located at 4335 W. 4100 S. from 6-9 p.m. Interment: Bluebell Cemetery, Bluebell, Utah on Saturday, July 24, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. "We love and miss you dad!"
