Woody R. Wrigley
"Our Blues Brother"

Woody died peacefully in his sleep at his home Thursday a.m. July 15th, 2010.

He was born July 4th, 1955 in SLC UT. Survived by his brothers, Ron, Denny, and Bob: as well as many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, Dea and Millie Wrigley. Woody was a devoted son, and a loving brother and uncle.

He graduated from Highland HS, where he was the '73 class president. He lived in beautiful places in the west as a successful businessman, including, Scottsdale and Pine, AZ, Whitefish, MT, and Salt Lake City.

Woody was an avid golfer, had two Aces, and loved Mt. Dell and Bonny. He was honored to be a three-time IMMA Golf Tourney scramble winner. He was a loyal U of U fan; traveling to the last five Utah football bowl games with friends to cheer the Utes on to victory. He loved music, esp. the Blues. Woody was special; he had a huge heart and a great sense of humor. He was giving, fun loving, extremely honest, non-judgmental, and a great friend to many. He will be deeply missed.

Woody wished to be cremated and have his ashes spread on Mt. Shasta, where the ashes of his sweet Labrador companions of many years, Missy and Starbuck, were scattered. His brothers and many close friends will make that happen this week. A celebration of his life will take place with special friends and family at a later date. Peace be with you, Woody. We love you!
