ADA, June 24 - Services for John W. Epley, 73, who died Sunday at his home, four miles east of here, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Lantz and Cretors funeral home. Rev. Raymond Touvell will officiate and burial will be in Woodlawn cemetery, Ada.
Ill with paralysis for seven years, Mr. Epley was born in Washington-tp, Hardin-co. He was married to Mary VanAtta, who died in 1940. A retired farmer, Mr. Epley was a former trustee of Washington-tp, a member of the Dola school board and the Washington Grange.
Surviving are two children, Roy Epley and Miss Mae Epley, both at home; a half-brother, J. Frank Epley, Bruno, Ark.
The body will remain at the Lantz and Cretors funeral home, Ada, until time for services.
