Charlotte worked as a people greeter at the Avenue B Walmart in Yuma. She was a good mother, grandmother, and loved kids. Charlotte was out going and funny, people liked her. She was very talented and creative in making things.
Charlotte is survived by father, Franklin Sullins, Sr.; brothers Franklin (Glenda) Sullins Jr. and Gerry (Teresa) Sullins; sisters, Carol Rice and Kathie Conner; daughters, Stephanie Domurat, Donna Cubbage, and Pamela Black; 6 grandchildren.
Charlotte is preceded in death by her mother Josephine Sullins.
Memorial services will be held at the Disabled American Veterans Hall at 1313 W. 9th Place in Yuma on Saturday July 3, 2010 at 1:00pm
