Brandi M. "Sissy" Fosnow, 25, Windsor, died Friday afternoon, October 29, 2004, at the Missouri Rehabilitation Center in Mt. Vernon. She was born October 3, 1979, in Coldwater, Ohio, the daughter of Pamela Sue Roberts. On May 15, 2004, at the Windsor Assembly of God Church, Brandi married Jared W. Fosnow, who survives of the home. She graduated from high school in 1997 in Smithton. She was a certified medical technician and had worked at Windsor Heathcare and Rehabilitation in Windsor for several years. Brandi enjoyed shopping and had recently taken up the hobby of scrapbooking. She attended Windsor Assembly of God Church. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a stepson Caleb Fosnow, of the home; mother and stepfather Pam and Jeff Roberts, Warsaw; a brother Luke Roberts and a sister Maggie Roberts, both of Warsaw; maternal grandparents Dona and June Williams, Lexington, Kentucky; paternal step-grandparents Gene and Peggy Roberts, Tightwad; parents-in-law Bill and Gloria Fosnow, Windsor; six nieces, one nephew and numerous aunts, uncles cousins. Funeral services were Tuesday, November 2, at Windsor Assembly of God Church. Burial was in Laurel Oak Cemetery, Windsor.
