Myron E. Starks, Lt. Col. USAF, Ret., of Penfield passed away July 7, 2010 on his 88th birthday. Predeceased by his loving wife of 61 years, Luella. Myron is survived by his children, Stephen (Leanne Moretter) Starks, Julie (Glen) Traywick and Nancy (Richard) Born; his beloved grandchildren, Samantha, Cory, Hayley Starks, Jeffrey, Kristin Traywick, Ryan (Jessi), Jennifer, Gregory (Adrienne), Peter, Sarabeth Born; great-grandchildren, Aubrey and Wyatt; 2 brothers, James (Dorie) and Gerald (Aurelia) Starks; many nieces and nephews.
Myron was a graduate of Monroe High School and University of Colorado, Boulder. He was the co-founder of SWBR Architects & Engineers, PC and Rochester AIA Chapter. Myron served in the 7th Bomb Group, Army Air Corps during WWII in the China-Burma-India Theater. The family wishes to thank Myron's caregivers at Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center.
