Mrs. Taylor passed away Saturday November 17, 2007 at her residence. She was born in Calhoun County but lived most of her life in Clay County, was a homemaker and member of Lineville Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband Linwood "Shorty" Taylor of Lineville, one daughter Patty She..... (Jimmy) of Fort Walton Beach, FL., two sons Kenneth "Kenny" Tay... and David Tay... both of Birmingham, a daughter- in-law Mickie Tay... of Fort Walton Beach, FL., 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, special caregivers Ann, Mae, Jean and all who cared for her over the years. She was preceded in death by her parents Franklin Lavelle and Ovel Nance Ballard, one son Johnny Taylor, one sister Mabel Ballard and one brother W.L. Ballard.
The family will receive friends Monday November 19, 2007 from 1:00 P.M. until service time at Benefield Funeral Home in Lineville.
