Anchorage resident Janice Kelani Galvez Durousseau, 36, died July 7, 2010, at Providence Hospital.

A visitation will be from 2-5 p.m. Friday at Evergreen Memorial Chapel, 737 E St. A funeral will be from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. The Rev. Andy Heer will officiate. Janice will be buried at Anchorage Memorial Park Cemetery after the service. Pallbearers are Adam Christophersen, Noel Magacalas, Arnold Cervana, Charlie Estigo, Jesse Cabanas and Danny Robancho.

Janice was born June 13, 1974, in Honolulu. She moved to Alaska in 1990.

She completed two years of college and worked for Providence Extended Care. Janice enjoyed cooking and baking.

Her family wrote: "Janice was a loving and caring wife, daughter, sister and friend."

She is survived by her husband, Phillip Ray Durousseau; daughter, Korina Raylani Durousseau; son, Phillp Henry Durousseau IV; mother, Estelita C. Galvez; father, Henry T. Galvez; sister, Cristy Galvez Nugent; sister, Cindy Galvez Christophersen; brother, Arnold Cervana; brother-in-law, David Nugent; brother-in-law, Adam Christophersen; sister-in-law, Rodalyn Cervana; nephew, Joseph Matthew Cervana; nephew, Jonathan Cervana; nephew, Jace Christophersen; niece, Mikke Cervana; grandmother, Rosa Galvez; and grandfather, the Rev. Jamie Galvez.

She was preceded in death by Phillip Henry Galvez Durousseau III.
