Elva Nolph, 94, Brookville, died Wednesday at Punxsutawney Area Hospital.
Born June 12, 1916, at East Branch, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin and Rosa Reitz Brosius. She was married to Burton Rutherford Nolph March 19, 1938. He preceded her in death Feb. 16, 2004.
She is the last surviving member of her immediate family.
She is survived by one son, Chester (Kathryn) Nolph, Brookville; and two granddaughters.
She is preceded in death by five brothers: Leroy, Francis, Eugene, Wayne and Lester Brosius; and five sisters: Alberta Park, Pauline Burkett, Althea Leech, and Dorothy and Leona Brosius.
NOLPH: Elva, Brookville, died July 14, 2010. There will be no visitation. Burial will be in Bethlehem Lutheran Cemetery, Beaver Township, Jefferson County.
