Mrs. S.J. McGinnis is Dies At Age of 75
Mrs. Sallie Jane McGinnis, 73, of 450 Earl street, died at 3:24 o'clock this morning at her home after having been in ill health for several years.
A lifelong resident of Boyle County, she was born here on Aug. 4, 1876, and was affiliated with First Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Ollie Wray, Danville; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Lucy Cunningham, Ludlow; Mrs. Tilda Koch, Cincinnati, and Mrs. Jennie Cook, Anderson, Ind.; two stepsons, Tom McGinnis, Cininnati and Ike McGinnis, Camp Katie, Alaska; five brothers, William Moore, Danville. John Moore. Ludlow; George Moore and Charlie Moore, both of Cincinnati, and Joe Moore, Indianapolis, Ind.; three sisters. Miss Margaret Moore and Mrs. Mary Irvine, both, of Cincinnati, and Mrs. Viola Martin, Indiana- and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon at Stith funeral home with the Rev. D. Yandell Page, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, officiating.
Interment will being Bellevue cemetery. The body will remain at Stith funeral home until time to go to the cemetery tomorrow afternoon.
