Mr. White was born in South Dakota, lived in the county 61 years and had been a self-employed auto machinist for 25 years. He was an Army veteran of World War I and a member of American Legion Post 303. Survivors include a son, Wilson of Descanso; a stepdaughter, Geraldine Reagan of El Cajon; seven grandchildren; and agreat-grandchild.
