Dorothy E. Howell, 67, R.R.4, died Monday morning at Ball Hospital following a one-week illness. She had been a Delaware County resident for the past 43 years, moving from Grant county.
Survivors include her husband, Rev. Lester Howelll; two brothers, Russell and Ralph Secrest, both of Gas City; two sisters, Mrs. Emma Jane Earnest, Gas City, and Mrs. Iva Dell Baker, Marion;
two grandchildren, one of which is Mrs. Levina Shreves, Muncie; two great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Parson Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Maurice Schneck officiating. Burial will be in Felton Cemetery, near Mt. Pleasant.
Friends may call at the mortuary 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. today.
