Funeral services will be held today at 1 p.m. at the Paintsville Funeral Home Chapel for Billie Marie Trimble, 85, of Winchester, who passed away on July 17, at the St. Joseph East Hospital, Lexington.
She was born January 6, 1925, in Knott County, daughter of the late Billy "Morton" and Virginia Webb Allen.
She was a retired school teacher.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Granvil Trimble.
She is survived by two sons, Allen Trimble, of Corbin, and Morton Trimble, of Winchester; two daughters, Arminta Trimble, of Corbin, and Toni Trimble, of St. Petersburg, Fla.; one sister, Leslie Jackson, of Owensboro; and five grandchildren.
Services will be conducted by Rev. Verne Mohr with burial to follow in the Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Staffordsville.
Arrangements under the direction of Paintsville Funeral Home.
